It is possible to camp here so sharing our experience as campers in case others are interested. We were charged 150 pesos per person per night, which felt like a great deal for showers, toilets, semi-decent WiFi, and access to a shared kitchen and drinking water. The camping spot has a light for the nights and a shade for you tent during the day. The downside is you are camping in sandy dirt, there is no grass and it's impossible to drive in pegs (they have rocks which you can use instead). The site was also right on top of an ants nest so I'd not stay for longer than 2-3 days in case they damage any of your equipment. The views from the balcony of the cabañas are stunning. Recommended if you're on a budget
Este lugar es maravilloso, las cabañas son básicas pero muy limpias. La vista es increíble y si abres la ventana durante la noche dormirás con el sonido del mar. Staff super amigable y dispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones. Está muy cerca de Punta Cometa donde puedes ir a ver el atardecer
Lo mejor de esto es la vista y la ubicación a la playa ,los cuartos están bien para dormir la cama un poco dura pero bien ,el aseo igual lo hacen diariamente y muy limpio y amables todos
Es un lugar maravilloso. La vista es hermosa y estás en contacto con la naturaleza. Las cabañas son amplias y cuentan con baño independiente, ventilador y mosquitero. Está muy cerca de Punta cometa, así que puedes visitar ese lugar más de una vez, tanto para ver el amanecer como el atardecer.
Precio razonable con ubicación inmejorable ya que hay un acceso por escaleras desde las cabañas hasta la playa El Rinconcito, mientras que también se ubica a unos pasos del camino a Punta Cometa y a la playa Mermejita, la vista es de lo mejor. El único pero es que las cabañas del primer piso comparten la techumbre y se escucha con facilidad el ruido de la otra.
Para un presupuesto apretado, están muy bien, tienen lo necesario. Lo malo es que no cuentan con aire acondicionado, sin embargo, hay habitaciones que cuentan con vista al mar que las hace valer la pena bastante. Están muy cerca de la playa y cerca de punta cometa para ver el amanecer. Creo que ir a Mazunte esperando lujos, es totalmente erróneo, hay que ir con una mentalidad abierta y sin exigencias o lujos que encuentras en las grandes ciudades o playas muy reconocidas.
The cabanas miramar are a beautiful place located a little on the hill of Mazunte. You have a amazing view to the beach and the sea, and if you wake up at time you can see the magic sunrise every day! You only need 5 minutes to the beach and maybe 8 minutes to the village of Mazunte. My cabana was very comfortable (big enought, with Bathroom & toilet, fan and mosquito net, there is only cold water, but it’s so hot in Mazunte that you really don’t need hot water :D ) I had everything that I needed, and the place was very clean (they clean the rooms every day) and it was a great value for the money. I spended 7 night there and it felt for me like paradise <3 . The owner Mauro and all the stuff are very friendly and good people who cares about the place! I can highly recommend this loveley place! Excelente lugar para hospedarse, un hotel limpio y ordenado, con grandes espacios y una vista privilegiada a las dos playas del Mazunte. Una cocina común muy amplia, moderna y con todo lo necesario para cocinar y comer.
